The mission of DHL Solutions & Innovations is to develop marketable, highly innovative logistics solutions that are both flexible and ecologically sound to meet the challenges of the future. These solutions are based upon a cooperative exchange of knowledge, technologies, services and resources with the customers and within the partner network.

Where can you see the future? DHL Innovation Center
– an integral part of DSI - is located close to the airport Cologne/Bonn, Germany, has been open to visitors from DHL, its customers and partners.
The DHL Innovation Center with its four areas – showroom, laboratory, Hands-on-Lab and the conference area - is a place for research, meetings and a place to present innovation in logistics. Using state-of-the-art RFID technology, the showroom turns the latest logistics innovations and visions into an emotional experience for visitors. The Center's hands-on-lab offers an interactive demonstration playground for prototypes; the laboratory provides a common research and development platform for the Group's initiatives in the area of technical innovation. In the conference area, we look for future-oriented logistics solutions with customers, partner companies and internal business units.
